I have been working with Tiffany since before I started having kids 5 years ago.
I've had a handful of different therapists throughout my adolescence into adulthood and Tiffany has been the best. She stands out in that she's knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate and accessible. I feel as though im her only client. She's warm, encouraging and empathetic and I know she's always rooting for me. I've grown tremendously having gained insight and self awareness since I've been seeing her. I couldn't recommend her more!
I have had a fantastic experience working with Tiffany over the past two years. In our sessions she demonstrates incredible empathy and knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques that have been incredibly helpful with my anxiety. She provides a safe and non-judgemental space in which I can explore thoughts and emotions, offering a new perspective with her guidance and insights. I have found my work with her to be incredibly rewarding, allowing me to develop new coping strategies for when I am feeling overwhelmed and ways to reframe anxious thoughts. When I first met with Tiffany three and a half years ago, I was letting my anxiety rule my life. I was avoiding so much in so many different areas of life. Since working with Tiffany, my life has changed. After avoiding getting my blood drawn for years, Tiffany worked with me through a series of exposures and supported me until I was able to achieve this goal multiple times. When I was feeling anxious about going to many events, Tiffany walked me through imaginal exposures where I was able to sit in the discomfort and see that even my worst-case scenario would be ok. Tiffany changed my life--her support, kindness, and homework have enabled me to live life instead of being scared of it.
I am forever grateful for the self-work I have been able to achieve with Tiffany's help over the last 4 years. Tiffany is thoughtful, warm, energetic, and patient. While she is incredibly easy to talk to, the CBT-based structure and homework assignments help to keep an anxious mind on task. Tiffany has helped me through life’s big transitions over the last few years. From marriage to pregnancy and birth, she has helped me face my fears head on. I have been seeing Tiffany since 2017 and she has been a guide during my hardest moments. Her unique approach to therapy feels welcoming, even for those who feel skeptical about mental health treatment. Tiffany has a human, kind and eye opening approach to therapy. Through the form of questions, she manages to breakdown what might seem like a difficult situation and simplify it so the patient can realize what is the root cause of the thoughts. In addition, her homework approach has helped me continue the work, even when I am not in session. I highly recommend Tiffany.
At the tender age of 24, I have already made the decision that Tiffany will be at my wedding. After enduring a traumatic and sudden breakup, I decided to seek out a therapist. For three months, I saw one LCSW and it was a dissatisfactory experience. I felt stuck in the mud…like my mental wheels were always turning, yet I was advancing nowhere in my recovery. I started to search for a new therapist with 3 main criteria: I sought someone who 1) took a CBT approach 2) possessed a nuanced, evolved, and current conception of human sexuality. 3) felt personable, genuine, and warm. Tiffany has knocked all three of these out of the park, and her expertise has been a life-improving resource to me.
When switching over to Tiffany, I knew I really wanted to engage in some “nitty-gritty” CBT, which she started me on right away. Because of my work with Tiffany, I feel that I am living a happier, fuller life since meeting her 7 months ago. Her “homework assignments” hone in on my tendencies to experience “flashbacks” of my previous relationship. I feel literally “safer” because of the tools Tiffany has taught me to use when these debilitating memories surface in my daily life.
I would enthusiastically refer Tiffany to anyone struggling with emotional issues and wants to benefit from working with such a stellar person and consummate professional.
